A lot of people booking a first appointment have not been to a dentist in a while and feel awkward about it. That is common enough that it is unremarkable to us. Come in and we will work out what needs doing, in what order.

Four steps, no surprises
-
01

Tell us what you need
Call during opening hours and you speak to the front desk. Outside them the request form takes about a minute. You'll be asked whether you're a new or returning patient, and how you're covered.
Your priorities, heard.
-
02

Clarity before care begins
Before treatment begins, we discuss your proposed care, available options, and estimated costs. We help clarify any applicable coverage and talk through financial considerations with you, so you can make informed decisions and feel comfortable with the next steps.
-
03

Your examination, with time to talk
We listen to your concerns, review your health history, and assess your oral health. Depending on your needs, we may recommend X-rays, a digital scan to create a 3D model of your teeth, or photographs to support assessment and treatment planning. We explain our findings and welcome your questions.
Clear explanations. Time for your questions.
-
04

A plan tailored to you
Following your assessment, we discuss your treatment options, priorities, and estimated costs. Your care plan is tailored to your individual needs, with time to ask questions and make informed decisions.
Personalized care. Clear guidance.

What to bring
If you're nervous
Say so when you book, and again when you sit down. It changes how we pace the appointment.
People who have avoided dentists for years are a normal part of the day here. We would rather see you late than not at all, and nothing gets done in the first visit beyond looking and talking unless you want it to.
Our team speaks English, Persian (Farsi), Tagalog, Hindi, Urdu, Sindhi, Gujarati and Bengali, so if it is easier in another language, ask.
