A calm first step.

Tell us roughly what's going on and the front desk will call you back to arrange a time. No obligation, and nothing is booked until you've seen the cost.

In pain right now?

Don't use this form. It gets answered in order. Call 416-530-1447 and we'll tell you what today looks like.

Before you call

The things that
stop people.

The questions people ask most before booking, answered here next to the form.

Do you take walk-ins?

If you're in pain, call first and we'll tell you honestly whether we can see you today. Turning up unannounced usually means a wait, and on a Sunday or Monday the clinic is closed.

Can I book for someone else, like a parent or my child?

Yes. Put your details on the form and say who the appointment is for. For anyone under 18 a parent or guardian needs to attend the first visit.

Is there anything this Saturday?

Saturday runs 8am to 8pm and is the busiest day of the week, so it books out first. Ask and we'll tell you what's genuinely left, so you don't request a slot we can't offer.

Do you bill my insurance directly?

We offer direct billing and accept most insurers, so in most cases we send the claim to them for you. More on how coverage works.

How long does a first appointment take?

About an hour for an exam, digital X-rays and a conversation about what we found. You leave with a written plan.

I haven't been to a dentist in years. Will I get a lecture?

No. It's one of the most common reasons people book a first appointment here. We start from where you are.
